Systematic · Technicals only · Benchmarked

Strategies earn their grade before they earn your capital.

Kairos is an AI-engineered strategy platform that trades on price, volume, and time — nothing else. No narratives, no hunches, no headlines. Every strategy is backtested net of costs, graded A through F, and measured against the S&P 500 in every single chart. Most strategies fail our gate. That is the point.

The method

Signal. Proof. Discipline.

Wealth is built by repeatable process, not by being right once. Kairos splits the problem into three jobs and refuses to let any of them cheat.

01 — SIGNAL

Technicals only

Strategies read structure the market itself draws: opening ranges, momentum thrusts, mean reversion, volume confirmation. The exact parameters stay proprietary — the rules never bend, and no human mood ever touches an entry.

02 — PROOF

Graded like it's your money

Every strategy carries a composite score built from expectancy, profit factor, drawdown, and consistency — computed net of commissions and slippage, always next to the index. A strategy that can't beat buying the S&P does not advance.

03 — DISCIPLINE

Risk owns the last word

Position caps, daily loss limits, and a kill switch live outside the strategies — strategies request trades, the risk layer decides. Built for the moment it matters, not the average day.

Radical transparency

We publish drawdowns, not dreams.

  • The index is in every chart. Day, week, month — your performance is always shown against the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, and Dow. If we're not beating the benchmark, you'll see it before we say it.
  • Net of costs, always. Every figure includes commissions and slippage. Gross returns are marketing; net returns are math.
  • Failing grades are public inside the platform. Strategies that decay get downgraded and retired — you watch it happen.
  • No story-stock pitches. The system holds no opinions about companies, news, or politics. Price, volume, time.

Speak the language

The numbers we live and die by.

You don't need to know our parameters. You do need to know what the scoreboard means — these four numbers are on every strategy card you'll see inside.

expectancy
Average profit per trade after costs. The only number that compounds — a high win rate with negative expectancy is a slow leak.
profit_factor
Gross wins divided by gross losses. Above 1.0 you're paid to play; we look for comfortably more.
max_drawdown
The deepest peak-to-trough decline a strategy has lived through. We print it on the front of the card, not the footnote.
green_days
The share of sessions that end positive — consistency you can feel, not just an end-of-year number.
The gate

Three stages. No shortcuts to your capital.

Every strategy must survive each stage in order. Promotion is earned with data; demotion is automatic.

Stage 1

Backtest

Months of intraday history, net of costs, walk-forward validated. Must hold an A/B grade and beat the benchmark — most candidates die here.

Stage 2

Paper gate

Sixty-plus sessions on live market data with zero dollars at risk. Live results must match the backtest — divergence sends it back to stage one.

Stage 3

Live, governed

Real capital under hard risk caps, a daily loss circuit breaker, and continuous re-grading. The kill switch never sleeps.

The market doesn't care how you feel.
Neither do our strategies.
